The countdown is officially on! InfoComm 2026 is less than a week away, and HETMA is ready to bring the higher ed AV community together once again. We're creating the official Higher Ed Hub at booth C6023 in the Central Hall. This year is about much more than just showing up at a trade show, it's about continuing to connect, learn, share, network, improve our craft, and grow professionally.
HETMA will be fully active throughout the week with higher ed-focused programming, community gatherings, show floor engagement, partner events, and opportunities to move your career forward with colleagues from around the world. Whether this is your first InfoComm or your tenth, this is the week to meet the people who understand the work, the challenges, and the mission behind our higher ed AV vertical.

What: Trade shows are about building your network and connections Join us each morning for a fresh cup of java and each afternoon from 2pm-close for a refreshing cocktail at the HETMA booth. Be at each happy hour for great connection and raffle prizes.
When: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, June 17-19.
What: We are once again giving away a free trip to InfoComm 2027 to one lucky participant who completes the show floor scavenger hunt. Pick up your "must see" map at the booth and have our great partners stamp it throughout the week to be entered in the final drawing.

What: You made it! It was a long week, so it's time to celebrate. After we complete Friday's booth tear-down after the floor closes, we rent out a venue on the town just for us. No vendors or sales, just HETMA higher ed peeps. Stop by C6023 on Friday to find out the location. Until then, it's a secret.
